Sometimes, reading about another’s personal journey and experiences can motivate us to make better decisions in our own lives. I love reading and hearing stories about others who have made incremental changes to better themselves over time, and seeing those results. I hope that something here inspires and encourages you to finally take that first step toward accomplishing your goals.

Know that we are never reaching for perfection, only progress. Each day is a chance to restart and get back on track again. We celebrate the small victories, only just aware of big milestones. Sometimes we slip and have a bad day (or week or month). Know that you are not alone and that everyone, yes everyone, will have bad days. I will share the victories and mistakes from my own journey toward healthy living, both to inspire and as a learning opportunity.
